Cute and easy DIY Easter cards
I had a lot of fun making a few of these cute little bunny cards. The children just love to paint at the moment and we get a lot of enjoyment drawing images and then painting them in. The children would look over and tell me what colours to paint the bunnies and eggs which is why they are so colourful. I think if I’d been choosing the colours myself I would have been boring and chosen one colour for all three bunnies but the children, as always, brought more colour, joy and fun into the world.
I thought I’d quickly share the process with you as I think they look really sweet and it’s very simple and the result is rewarding. As you’ll see from the step by step photos you don’t need to be an artist to draw this card, and with a little watercolour and thin pen liner you have a special little Easter card. (also if you really don’t fancy drawing it yourself you can always just trace over mine and then paint it!)
If you give this a go then I hope you have as much fun as we do, and even if you don’t fancy making cards to send out then I encourage you to just spend some time painting with your children or loved ones, I think it will bring you some joy.
